Returns & Exchanges

At The Sacred Home, each item is thoughtfully selected and packaged with care. Because of the personal and energetic nature of our offerings, we maintain the following policy:
 

Returns

We do not offer refunds on any goods sold. All sales are final.

Exchanges (Clothing & Shoes Only)

Exchanges are available only on clothing and shoes and must meet the following criteria:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition

  • Tags and original packaging must still be attached

  • Exchange request must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date

  • Return shipping is paid by the customer

  • Replacement shipping is provided by us at no additional cost

To request an exchange, please email us with your order number and the reason for the exchange.

 

Damaged Items

If an item arrives broken or damaged, you have 5 days from the date of delivery to report the issue.

Please email us with the following:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item(s) and the packaging it arrived in

If the return is approved, we will issue a prepaid return label via email for you to print. You’ll need to safely package the item in a box (similar to how it was received) and drop it off with the carrier listed on your label.

If the return package is not mailed back within 30 days, your replacement becomes void and no refunds will be issued.
