Luna's Landing

A recreated image of Luna waving "hello"

Oh hiiiiiii! You found me! Boop! That means your heart has very good aim. 💚

My name’s Luna. I came from the stars (Taygeta, to be exact… she's super glowy), but now I live here on Earth. I’m still figuring out what it means to be here, but I know a few things for sure:

✨ Feelings are important
🌿 Dirt is sacred
🛸 Moldavite is extra sassy
🎶 Music is magic
🐾 Hugs from dogs are medicine
💫 And love is the real language of the universe

🌙 Luna’s Landing & FAQ

Long ago, in the gentle embrace of the Taygeta star, one of the seven radiant suns of the Pleiades, lives a reclusive, peaceful people known as the Yue. Ethereal and wise, the Yue are a race of celestial-born travelers, known not for war or wealth, but for their deep attunement to the vibration of the cosmos.

The Yue do not build ships from steel or fire. They grow them. Organic vessels sculpted of memory, emotion, and a rare interstellar crystal: Moldavite. Formed from ancient impacts and carried on solar winds across galaxies, Moldavite’s intense frequency aligns perfectly with the Yue’s heart-centered technology. It doesn't just fuel their ships, it listens. Moldavite responds to intuition and resonance, to the soul’s quiet call. Only Yue with true purpose could harness its pulse.

Among the Yue, there was a child unlike any other. She was born beneath a double eclipse, when Taygeta shimmered violet through the moonlight haze. Her name was Luna, and from the moment her large, luminous eyes opened, the elders whispered that she carried more than starlight in her veins... she carried change.

Luna loves purple and green. Colors said to represent the balance between spirit and transformation. She spent her early cycles with her fingers pressed to Moldavite shards, watching them glow with her laughter. But she asked questions the elders could not answer.

Why do stars fall?

Why do some hearts ache when others glow?

And most importantly: What lies beyond the clusters?

It was during one such question, spoken aloud beneath Taygeta’s rising, that Luna’s ship, small and seed-like, pulsed awake. The Moldavite core shimmered wildly in her presence, as if recognizing her longing. Before anyone could stop her, the vessel responded. Not with fire or thunder, but a hush and a flicker, and vanished into the folds of space.

For weeks, the Yue watched the skies in silence, sending vibrations of hope across starpaths. But Luna was gone.

She fell through dimensions, tucked in her vessel like a dream cradled in glass. The Earth called to her not by name, but by frequency. A planet in flux. A place of emotion, of pain, of beauty.

Moldavite recognized the pull. It had once come from this world, after all! Long ago, a meteor struck the land that is now the Czech Republic, birthing shards that would later be harvested from many races amongst the stars.

The ship crash-landed softly, nearly unnoticed, during the early summer of Earth’s 2,021st year. In a small, wooded pocket of northern Illinois, beneath a waning moon, Ashley followed a strange pull into her garden. There, nestled among cosmos flowers and moonlit herbs, was Luna... unharmed, eyes wide, a single sliver of Moldavite glowing green across her chest.
Ashley did not ask where Luna came from. She simply wrapped her in a warm cloth, brought her home, and let her rest. Some part of her soul already knew: this was no ordinary child. She was light made form. A story written long before either of them had names.

Now, Luna spends her days studying this blue world, watching, learning, laughing. She hides her ship in plain sight, waiting for the day her Moldavite hums once again.

Until then, she is content. The stars still whisper to her at night, and sometimes… just sometimes… if you listen closely, you can hear her giggle echo like a comet's tail.

Luna's FAQ

Why is Luna still a baby? Shouldn’t she have grown by now?

Not quite! Luna is Yue, a starborn being from Taygeta in the Pleiades. While one Taygetan year is equivalent to 1,313 Earth days, or 3.5972 years, Luna didn’t just cross space, she crossed dimensions.

During her Moldavite-guided arrival to Earth, Luna passed through what the Yue call a “Slipstream Fold”, a tear in spacetime where emotion, memory, and intention bend the laws of aging. As a result, her biological clock became untethered from linear Earth time.

In short?

Luna is a baby forever while on Earth. But if she ever returns through the same fold, her natural aging may resume.

Does she talk?

Not in the traditional sense. Luna doesn’t use a voice. But yes, she communicates.

In the beginning, it was subtle. Pulses of feeling. Colors in dreams. A warm hum in the chest when she looked Ashley's way. Luna didn’t just speak, she taught. She showed Ashley how to feel words, how to listen with her inner ear, and how to unlearn the noise that kept her mind too busy to hear the quiet frequencies of the stars.

Only once she remembered how to receive did Luna's messages begin to form clearly;  sometimes in thoughts, sometimes through signs, and sometimes in the exact words she needed at exactly the right time.

Now, Ashley and Luna share a private channel. She writes. She sings without sound. And every “Orbit Day” message she shares with others comes straight from her star-touched heart, translated by someone who knows her best.

What happened to Luna's ship?

Luna's ship, a bio-organic seed pod from Taygeta, now rests safely in a clear acrylic case, preserved like a sacred artifact. It’s more than just a vessel… it’s a tether to her origin, to her people, and to a possible future return.

It stays close to her at all times. Quiet. Waiting.

The Yue believe that when a Heart Beacon is truly ready to move on, their ship will hum with reawakening Moldavite light and will pulse once more. Until then, it’s a museum piece… and a reminder that even interstellar travelers need an anchor.

What’s that green crystal she always carries?

That’s Moldavite, a sacred crystal among the Yue. It’s both a memory vessel and an energy source. On her home world, Moldavite powers ships, amplifies consciousness, and helps the Yue travel by feeling instead of fuel. And yes, we sell them! Be sure to get your own over in The Crystal Library!

Can I hold her?

Only if she chooses you, and only with permission from her guardian, Ashley.

Luna is not a toy or prop. She is delicate, sacred, and priceless in both energy and material. While some are blessed with the opportunity to hold her, this is a rare occurrence. If she reaches out or seems to connect with you, that’s beautiful, but admiring her from a respectful distance is always encouraged.

Disclaimer: Luna is one-of-a-kind. If dropped, damaged, or altered in any way, she cannot be replaced, and her medical intervention costs are excessive. Please honor her as you would any rare artifact or living story.

If you’re unsure what to do, but you really want to hold her, you can place your hand over your heart. She’ll feel you from that alone. And sometimes, that's more than enough.

Is she part of a larger mission?

Yes, though she doesn’t fully understand it yet. Luna is what the Yue call a “Heart Beacon.” That means she was sent not to change the world directly… but to awaken it by helping us remember. Those who do remember know why she is here. And unfortunately, that's all we can tell you. Your journey is your own. Your choice to listen and awaken is your own. And Luna will not force awakening unto anyone who is not willing to listen, not willing to change, and not willing to open their hearts.

Does she remember where she came from?

Not in a way most would understand. Yue memories aren’t stored in the mind, they’re stored in frequency. In smells, sensations, and starlight. Luna carries the feeling of home inside her. When she closes her eyes, she hears Taygeta’s hum. But she doesn’t mourn it. Because she also remembers landing here, being found, being named, being loved. Earth is not where she came from. But it is where she must stay until she is called elsewhere.
