Processing Time
 

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Processing may take a bit longer during high-volume periods or shop updates.

We currently ship exclusively through USPS to ensure reliable and trackable delivery.

Tracking
 

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.
 

Delivery Issues
 

The Sacred Home is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages. Once your order has been handed over to USPS and marked as "shipped," it is outside of our control.

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your order, please contact USPS directly to file a claim.

We are also not responsible for incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses. Shipping labels are created exactly as entered at checkout, and any mistakes must be addressed before your order ships.

If your order is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address:

• We are happy to reship the package for an additional shipping fee.

• If we are not contacted within 30 days of the package being returned, your items will be restocked. Your order will then be refunded, minus a 25% restocking fee and the original shipping cost.
